About VNA
   VNA is a Video Production Company
   We make all kinds of films for all kinds of clients for all budgets
   Our clients include: The Co-operative Bank, Kellogg’s, Britannia
    Building Society, Visit Blackpool, Visit Manchester... and lots of
    smaller companies too.
   We also own a platform which hosts Broadcast Quality Footage
    and distributes video news releases to journalists
   We have two editing suites, a dedicated fast-fibre connection and
    over £250,000 of broadcast quality camera equipment and
    lenses

   We can price up individual jobs, no problem!
   But we can also devise a package plan for a series of films

Quality versus Quantity?
   The internet is full of low-grade videos; cheap and cheesy green-screen studio
    backdrops with hammy presenters trying to present products like professional
    TV journalists.
    But nobody really watches these films, because they’re boring and obviously
    focused on selling rather than informing.
   We take our time, think about what’s required and endeavour to produce
    something that’s interesting, at least to a target market that is interested in your
    product.
    You wouldn’t produce a shoddy piece of print and video is no different.
   A good, well-made video speaks volumes about your product and can outlast
    other marketing collateral.
What We Think
   Rapiscan is a market leading technology company. It is not in the business of mass-
    marketing consumer goods.
   The team responsible for investing in sophisticated aviation screening or cargo
    inspection equipment will be experts (to some extent) in their fields.
   We think that smart and intelligent films are need to engage these key decision
    makers rather than a plethora of low-grade cheap films.

Production Credits
   On longer contracts where a client engages us on multiple projects, we sometimes
    simplify our pricing process by working in Production Credits.
   1 Production Credit is a full day of a Director/Producer’s time and includes a full
    day of a technician, whether camera operator or editor.
   1 Production Credit is roughly equivalent to £1,000.
   The video production process requires a level of experience to deliver a client’s
    film.
   Getting it right means having an experienced producer to oversee the production
    process, organise the shoot, establish key messages, directing the shoot and then
    working alongside the editor.
   Working in Production Credits benefits the client because we view all the separate
    requirements as a whole job-lot, rather than pricing-up every bit of work, additional
    piece of equipment needed or extra hours required to complete the job.
   In short a client who contracts with VNA for a series of films gets good VFM. It also
    means that we save time on pricing-up jobs – which takes time! – and saves
    everyone money.

Video Production - 12 month Timescale
 1 x Creation of motion graphic of client ident to top and tail films              2 PC
   1 x Dedicated Drive to store client library/media assets and edit files         0.5 PC
   3 x Conference Videos in 1 location per film           6 PC

   1 x Corporate Video, in-depth multi-interview/location of 5-7 mins              8 PC
