Back in the office working on the laptop, you can easily approve the next workflow approved via Gateway productivity accelerator for Microsoft directly from within Microsoft Outlook . Expenses can be checked via SAP Fiori “My Spend” application. For a more detailed analysis the very same data can also be fetched and analyzed in Microsoft Excel via Gateway productivity accelerator for Microsoft. - But GWPAM is not only about the intergration in Microsoft. With SAP Fiori SAP has an amazing set of applications that allow an easy to use consumption of SAP data across devices. Workflows can be approved on mobile, tables or desktop browsers. Time sheets can be tracked and recorded in responsive designes – but we are also getting requests to build on that. To deliver a “SAP Fiori + 1” – where the +1 means that the data should also be available in tools like Microsoft Outlook. With GWPAM this is possible today – customers and partners can take the underlying Odata services and bind this data to their Microsoft Outlook, Excel or any other Microsoft based UI – allowing customers even greater flexibility on where to use their SAP data throughout the day.
