Herr Iglesias und Herr Radtke berichten in diesem Worldcafe darüber, wie in der Ciber AG der SAP Learning Hub benutzt wird, um SAP Experten fit zu machen. Der Learning Hub wird bei Ciber als zentrale Lern Plattform genutzt rund um SAP Themen. Er wird benutzt von neuen Beratern (Onboarding) bzw. bei Jobwechseln, zum Mentoring und Training on-the-job, sowie von SAP Experten.
