▪ In school and university somebody
else brings us learning goals, curricula,
and content (lean back mode).
▪ Organizations and companies reuse
this model with training and courses to
a wide extend.
▪ With a learning circle (LC) you switch
to lean forward mode and step in. A
LC is a group of 4-5 people who learn
together over a period of time called a
learning sprint (usually 3-6 month).
▪ A Learning Circle Experience (LCE)
supports several learning circles running
a learning sprint in a
very lightweight format.

Circle Matching
▪ You should have all received an e-mail indicating the
Circle you’re assigned to together with 3-4 peers.
▪ Please spend this Week 0 of our Experience on setting
up your Circle logistics (day, time, tools). Ideally, get
together virtually right after this meeting.
▪ If the agreements in your Circle don’t work for you, or you
were never assigned to a Circle, please make a post in
our LinkedIn group and ask
▪ For another Circle to invite you, or
▪ Another 3-4 peers to form a new Circle
▪ Likewise, for any other questions around Circles make a
post in our LinkedIn group and the Org Team will try to
answer them there for everyone to see.
