This is the sequel to the sessions we have conducted over the past two years. In this session, we focus on not only Dynamics 365 Business Central but also on ways to improve productivity and create value by integrating with Customer Engagement, Field Service, Power Platform and Office 365. With experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (NAV/AX)
that goes further back than anyone in Japan, Ryo has
taken part in international projects in Japan and 29
other countries since 2001, traveling enough miles to
circle the globe some 75 times. He is continually
involved with several international projects. On the
strength of his project experience, expertise in R&D for
Dynamics ERP and the global network he maintains with
Microsoft and other Dynamics partners, he has made
appearances at many related events in Japan and
abroad. In recognition of these achievements, Ryo
became the first in Japan to receive an MVP award for
Microsoft Dynamics ERP 2015. He is also a member of
the Directions Asia committee.
Takeshi, Marketing Group, Strategic Planning Office,

Takeshi joined a Japanese accounting package developer in
2005. After gaining experience for six years in the sales division,
he further honed his expertise in the product planning and
marketing divisions. Since 2015, he has been tasked with

PBC, and is recognized as one of the best presenters in the
Dynamics Japan World.

9. Principles
Our goal is to contribute to Japanese companies by offering Microsoft solutions to strengthen
the efficiency and productivity of their domestic and overseas business operations.
Today, all industries face a rapidly changing economic environment and recognizing the importance of increasing corporate value. Asian
countries in particular are finding it difficult to weather such immense global market reforms, and have no choice but to change in step. In this
climate, we also have been striving to improve our business operations to respond to the demand for better management of their businesses.
As more and more Japanese companies expand their operations overseas, we have developed even more competence in implementing the
Microsoft Dynamics software series. In this regard, we have gained extensive experience with overseas operations such as business practices
and taxation. We have also developed a partner network chain for global roll-outs. Our aim is to develop a consultation service of the highest
level and to provide the best solutions for Japanese enterprise customers.

• This session is to encourage BC/NAV APAC partners to deliver even more
attractive presentations, attract greater attention from prospective customers
and ultimately win out over competing ERP/CRM software.
• Since customer motivations differ depending on position and business
scenario, we also need to work on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement,
Marketing, Field Service and Power Platform to build the entire Dynamics 365
Business.
• Dynamics 365 has to be more than pure Business Applications; it must be a
centralized part of the customers’ cloud platform, where AI proposes new
services and products to differentiate from other competitors based on
business-oriented big data that has been collected from IoT/M2M by the
systems around Dynamics365.

We may choose 5 or 6 from the viewpoint of license fees. But 3 or 4 would be better for organizations
with a large number of field service engineers, although there are still some challenges.
In 3 and 4, there is the option to not use service modules in D365BC/FO but only integration with
sales modules. However, repair history is left behind in D365FS. Ultimately, that’s ok if we can
visualize data using a tool such as Power BI.
