I am currently working as a customer assistant at Tesco. I have great experience within
customer service and I’m constantly learning new skills and handy traits which will help me
progress in my career. I am a self motivated person with excellent communication skills; I
have a relaxed and out-going attitude even in the most stressful situations. I like to have a
positive outlook on my attitude and appearance and like to take pride in everything I do. I am
also reliable, trustworthy and a hard worker with initiative to work well independently or in a
team. I am currently living in Devon but will be relocating to Brighton in the near future.
Employment History
12/15 – Present Tesco Metro, Torquay.
I work mainly on check-outs, self service machines and the customer
service desk. I am able to think 25 and will ask for ID as and when I am
servicing customers for tobacco products and alcohol. I operate tills,
handle cash, do till lifts and checks on a daily basis. I have also had a
little team leader training.
03/2015 – 09/2015 Catering Assistant, Paignton Zoo
Main responsibilities included preparing and serving hot drinks to
customers. Being able to set up and close down work area on my own
by cutting and preparing cakes, starting up and closing down coffee
machines, counting floats, filling out SFPB books and general cleaning
duties. Handling cash and operating tills. Also on some days was in
charge of the bar.
08/2013 – 10/2013 Warehouse Distribution, The Brixham Crab Company, Brixham
Responsible for picking and packing crab meat, weighing and dating
products and working quickly and efficiently with my team to prevent
meat temperatures from rising.

GCSE’s – English, Maths, Science, IT, Citizenship, PSHE and Hairdressing.
Interests
I like to keep myself active and energised; I swim, work-out and walk to keep fit. I like to
keep up-to-date with the latest films and music. I like meeting new people; I easily make new
friends and strike up conversations to fill a silent room.
