I’m looking for better carrier path in Human Resource Management. With 6 years working
experiences in the above mentioned field, I’m able to work independently with less supervision,
maintaining good level of teamwork spirit, well organize, meticulously, good interpersonal skill and

Currently I’m holding the position of Senior Executive in Group Human Resources department.
With the attachment at one of the main player in construction/property developer industry (UMLand

Management (Flex HRMS System)
Performance Management
Conduct analysis on the performance of the operating units and implement appropriate
measure to overcome organizational deficiencies.
Implement, maintain and enhance performance management system to be used as a tool
in organization growth.
Conduct continuous analysis to identify root causes of performance gap and implement
strategies measures to overcome identified weaknesses and enhance organizational
effectiveness.
Presenting the outcomes of analysis to management for next direction on the bonus and
increment payout based on company performance and budget approved
To ensure the system and database updated correctly and synchronize between the HRMS
Flex System and HRMS PSC
3. Payroll Administration
Accurate and timely processing of staff payroll to ensure staff salaries are paid in
compliance to the laws as well as company’s payroll policy and procedures. Staff payroll
management inclusive of Claims, Staff Incentive, Allowances, Over Time and other related
staff remuneration/benefits.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, IRB, SOCSO, Bank Rakyat,
Tabung Haji, ASB & PPZ, etc) :
1. Accurate and timely processing of payroll deductions in accordance to the
requirements, law and regulations.
2. Maintaining payment process to statutory body within the time frame.
3. Liaison with statutory body about the eligibility, entitlement and the payment in
accordance to the terms and conditions of service, law and regulations.
4. Continuously maintain salary deduction report – filing in proper way.
Continuously prepare, administer, analyze and manage monthly Payroll Report.
Preparation of monthly pay slips for UML Groups. Ensuring clarity, accuracy and
completeness of data relating to payroll reports.
Regularly auditing the data and information in Payroll System - Flex HRMS in order to
ensure the accuracy in the respective field; where it will affect the payroll cost.
Responsible in managing and maintaining payroll databases, remuneration benefits and
all other employees' records as specified by service of agreement, law, regulation and
statutory body.
Responsible in managing and maintaining all employees’ personal files in accordance to
company’s policy and procedures.
Maintain emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, control procedures and
continuous improvement on performance standards in payroll environment.
Handling enquiries from staffs and clients/third party. Manage to resolve any issues
arising, oversee the overall payroll function, review payroll documents and confirm their
validity.
Preparing annual EA forms for UML Groups. Ensuring clarity, accuracy and completeness
of data relating to payroll report.
Responsible for processing staff annual increment and bonus.
Responsible to attend company auditor by providing accurate data and information about
Payroll Report.
Provide technical support and advice pertaining Flex HRMS payroll module for payroll
function area such as registration of new entity, auditing and updating staff particular
details, changes of Statutory Body’s formula and report, staff salary deduction and other
related field or section.
4. Liaise with HR personnel regarding new hires, terminations, remuneration and conditions of
service.
Responsible in managing BE form.
Attend to ad-hoc tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager as when required.
Note:
1) Independently in charge full set of Payroll Management for Group UMLand Bhd with >550 of total
headcount.
2) Independently in charge 14 payrolls’ accounts for Group UMLand Bhd.
3) Independently set up new company registration in the system together with the registration with
Statutory Body that complies by the law, inclusive of Non Resident’s employee registration.
4) Closely work with HR agency base at Singapore in providing current information pertaining staff
remuneration, as the agency has been outsourced to process Singapore’s payroll management.
5) Closely working with Corporate & Risk Management team in providing yearly report as well as staff
allocation cost report for the employees who working for many subsidiaries. The updated report will
affected the management fee, company tax and finance cost for the respective project.
6) Closely working with Legal & Secretarial team in providing the total remuneration enjoy by all
directors and top management due to auditing purpose.
7) Responsible to change the method of data submission which is from manually method to the e –
submission method. Applicable for the data submission to statutory body and bank panel (for
payroll purpose)
8) Administer the CIMB Biz Channel Portal in terms of submission of payroll data for crediting the
monthly staff salaries, person in charge in managing CIMB Biz Channel Portal i.e. registration of
new users, system administrator and/or authorizer and updating/removing new/old company
account in the portal and liaison with CIMB officer pertaining any other issue arise about this
payroll solution
5. Staff Benefit Management
Administration on compensation and benefit programs and ensure it compliance with
policy and procedure. Actively come out with proposal paper to enrich staff benefit ie
1. proposal paper to increase EPF percentage for special group of staff
2. proposal paper to renew group insurance of companies
3. proposal paper pertaining staff activities ie Annual Dinner, Sport & Leisure activities
and staff welfare
Prepare the yearly Company Budget in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Supervise group insurance schemes covering Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident,
Officer & Director Liability and Group Hospitalization and Surgical for all employees and
directors.
Ensuring all staffs obtain accurate and timely medical coverage while maintaining
competitive cost management – closely working/liaise with insurance broker and
clinics/hospital panel.
Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to
develop competitive compensation plan.
Participate in data preparation and analyzing the output of Hay Group survey. Work closely
with the survey’s output, with the intention to enrich staff benefit – like prepare the proposal
paper to enrich medical and insurance coverage.
Involve in HR team to revise the current Company Policy – make an internal survey and
