7. Installed mixer pumps / Pipe work / Lighting / Electrics prior to commissioning phase
8. Utilities: Brine / Sea water / drill water / mixing pump transfer lines and
equalization upper and lower manifolds, conveyor for centrifuge solids
transfer to future cuttings box lay down area.
9. The top of tanks were designed to have a modular grated deck eliminating trip hazards
for the operators all valves shafts were extended so the operators had easy access
during operation, all agitator starters were mounted on easy reach stands directly next
to each agitator,
The centrifuge could take suction from any tank and discharge to any tank
10. Looking Forward to Aft with access stairs to Port and Starboard side of tanks and
Starboard Aft view of the Centrifuge package / mixing and equalization manifolds
pictures taken prior to commissioning and hand over to client the final commissioning
was carried out at Anchorage East Coast Bay Singapore.
