This document describes ThermoPolymerSleeves which are continuous digital engraved sleeves used in printing. Some key advantages are precise registration, elimination of plate seams, faster printing speeds, and consistent quality. The sleeves are tested on a proofing press and come in various thicknesses for different applications like screen printing or line work. Every sleeve will be tested
on a special flexo proofing
equipment at Rossini factory
as final quality control.

Recommended for screen jobs with high quality results
Faster press speeds with less vibration
Thickness for ThermoPolymerSleeve® Max/Flex:
from 6,00 mm up to 19,00 mm which means 8 repeat printing
in steps of 10 mm on the same mandrel or Carrier.
Two different options for the ThermoPolymer® sleeves are available:
