Summary:
Support the branch manager accomplished daily, weekly and
monthly goal. Overseeing efficiencies of operations and sales of
the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely
and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of
trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer and staff.
Responsible for supervising the teller function, ATM balancing,
night depository processing, Shipment processing and customer
service duties. Lead new employee on the training process and
make sure they follow procedures and policy to comply with
government regulation.

 Customer retention and audit standards; supervise, coach and
develop employees regarding policies, procedures, products,
systems and banking transactions.

 Reports facility/building concerns to maintenance.
 Ensures excellent customer service skills are practiced by all the
teller staff members.
 Meets with staff regarding branch security and safety issues.
 Review reports daily and monthly for accuracy and coach
employee on process.
