Summary
During my 7-year professional career, I have acquired hands-on consulting, management, and delivery
experience in the telecommunications and life science industry. By mastering and applying (Scrum,
FDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Kanban, Lean, XP) and classic project management (Waterfall), I was
able to guide and coach our internal and client teams through their product development and
implementation. Being at the center of the transformation allowed me to give valuable insight, which
helped accelerate the transition from waterfall to agile for our client. I led the continuous improvement
(Kaizen) effort internally for our consultants as well as externally for our clients. Additionally, I clearly
communicate expectations and status to business and technical audiences including executives, design
personnel, PMO, application developers, and others.
