• Fee management system is one of the key components in managing
Educational institutes, Coaching/Training centers
• Fee Management Software makes school administration and its accounts
department highly efficient, and drives towards a complete paperless fee
management system
• You can effortlessly manage fees setting and can track the records of students'
past ,present and future fee details.

3. Introduction Of The Organization
• Precious National College (Precious National Academy Higher Secondary
School) was founded two and half decades back in 1985 AD in Balaju,
Kathmandu, in close proximity to the ring road.
• They feels the need for a digitalized System that is why now its aim is to digitize
the organization to survive in the longrun.

4. Problem Statement
• Managing the collection of student fees,
issuing fee receipts and fee register
updating is a laborious manual process,
leading to data inaccuracy and/or
reconciliation.
• Parents have no idea about fee submission
. They have no current knowledge about
the fee amount .
• Time consuming for both parents and
administrator.

manage, update and record the fee
structure of the students.
