Activity records from Radian6 SFDC Org to Salesforce Parent Org post Radian6 acquisition by
Salesforce. Managed creation of data migration files and data integrity and quality.
Municipal
Creation and Upload of new Building and Equipment records for Municipal government client in
SFDC Custom Insurance Risk Management Application requiring extensive data alignment and
cleansing as well as creation of additional custom fields and reports functionality.
Non-Governmental Organizations
Extensive projects for consumer financial services advocacy non-profit, regional business
development non-profit, new immigrant integration program sponsored by a community non-profit
agency. Audit and document existing user profiles/roles (permissions etc.) used in CRM and
provide recommendations for aligning user profiles/roles with the job descriptions. Audit and
document high level summary of usage of the system - goal is to understand how features and
modules have been adopted and utilized by existing users to date. Develop a training plan that
