HARBOUR MANAGEMENT • Day to day management and supervision of the Port. • Controlling and managing annual Port Budgets and forecasts. • Strategic planning for Harbour and Port Improvements • Overseeing all vessel movements and berthing and the collection of dues. • Management of Port projects and services – Shell fish facility, Quays and liaising with MP, local, District, county councils, Wind farm operators, MMO, etc. • Dealing with enquiries and disputes and liaising with Harbour users. • Attending meetings and liaising with outside organizations • Allocation of pontoon berths and moorings to leisure & commercial vessels • Maintaining 32 navigation marks within the Port in compliance with regulations with Trinity House • Quarterly returns and annual Trinity House audit. • Overseeing of maintenance and laying of all moorings • Operation and maintenance of six Port vessels in compliance with MCA coding
