 to  ensure  completeness  and  accuracy  of  customer  and  loan  data  to  comply   with  FTC  Order  and  ensure  statements  are  sent  to  customers  and  trustees  in  a  timely  manner.   § Outsourcing:    Researched  requirements  needed  to  outsource  up  to  20%  of  foreclosure  activity  to  3 rd  party  vendor.  Worked  with   Information   Security   and   Vendor   Management   teams   to   understand   systems   requirements   needed   for   outsourcing   and   complications  in  securing  systems  access  for  3 rd  party  vendors.  Worked  with  Capacity  Planning  to  provide  alternative  solutions   once  it  became  clear  outsourcing  was  not  a  viable  option.   § Motion   for   Relief:     Created   current   and   target   state   process   flows   for   the   Motion   for   Relief   processes   to   determine   where   opportunities  exist  for  improved  accuracy  and  automation  of  process.  Identified  dependencies  on  other  projects  in by   eliminating   manual   work-­‐arounds,   improving   queue   management   routines   and   creating  new  reporting  for  better  visibility  of  Sales  and  Fulfillment  performance.   § Reprioritization  of  ICD  Queue:  Results  –  Provided  for  more  accurate  measurement  system  for  Government  Underwriting  ICD   cycle  time  performance  by  adjusting  the  prioritization  of
