DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with all immigrations issues i.e submission of applications for renewal of permits, new permits, visa applications,
student/dependant passes.
Cash withdrawals and cash deposits to or from the organization bank accounts.
Preparation of statutory deductions i.e NHIF, NSSF and PAYE reports for payment.
Procurement of office equipment and supplies and other regular inventory verification on existing equipment.
Bank reconciliation and payment verification.

accounting softwareand ensuring they are registered in theETR machine.
Preparing and postingof all company credit & Debit notes and payments.
SALES RECONCILIATION:Reconciling all monthly total sales with the ETR entries.
SALES STATEMENTS:Preparing and issuing of monthly accounting statements to debtors and dealing with all
customer enquiries.
