PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a Building Engineering & Renewable Systems Design Manager and Estimator. I have managed a
team responsible for project design and engineering, preparation of Project Bids, PQQ forms,
Presentation Packs, successful Handovers and Project Delivery for light commercial, commercial,
utility scale, multi-domestic private and public sector projects ranging from £10K to over £1M in size. I
have used my people skills to develop valuable relationships with clients and negotiate beneficial
supply chain agreements. Enthusiastic to embrace new concepts and technology I take a keen interest
in the intricacies of systems and products offered by suppliers and manufacturers. I have spearheaded
several initiatives to drive down operational cost and consistently deliver standards of excellence to our
customers by improving or inventing new processes. Able to quickly pick up new skills, learn from new
challenges combined with a keen awareness of commercial requirements has helped me to provide a
