11. Next Steps
• The next five-year strategic plan for the Police
Department will cover the years 2016 to 2020.
• The planning process will begin in early 2015
and will include a great deal of citizen and
employee input via face-to-face meetings and
surveys.
• The plan will be published in early 2016.
