• MATERIAL : made from chrome vanadium (EN-47) steel with rust
resistant black industrial finish through a Single Source, M/s.
MAHINDRA UGINE STEEL CO. LTD.

our works before dispatch of material

done on CNC Machines with us
• INSPECTION : 100% inspection at each stage of the manufacturing

 HEAT TREATMENT : An exhaustive heat treatment including special
multiple tempering cycle is carried out on electric salt bath
tempering furnaces filled with automatic temperature controllers
with temperatures maintained to an accuracy on +/-5 Degree C
 HARDNESS CHECKING : A 100% check is carried out on each and
every piece after every stage of temper
 FINISHING :All Sockets and Accessories are finished Black using a
Patented rust resistant Manganese Phosphating process

 Powertorc Bolt Tensioners is swift method of
tightening & opening by tensioning bolt /
studs. after applying the oil pressure by
Powertorc Pneumo Hydraulics pump load cell
lift the puller up side i.e. tightly gripped with
stud bolt thread. This cause release of nut
and it becomes loosen. Nut can be easily
rotated with nut rotating Socket and Tommy
bar and tightening completed. The same
process is used for swift loosening operation
