8. The conclusion was that the declaration
was important to improve the lives of many
people.
The Declaration reaffirms the faith of
Member States in the United Nations and in
its Charter as indispensable elements for
building a more peaceful and just world.
Recognition of the collective responsibility of
the world governments to achieve human
dignity. As well as the responsibility of world
leaders towards their citizens, especially
children and the most vulnerable.
