Team and BE/ENG for optimization and steady run of all units.
September 2015
Position: Area Superintendent for Area 2, Responsible for the CSU TEAM, conducting the start-
up of HPU/CRU/NSU/HCU, making and adjusting the teams and manpower for start-up and
making vacation planning for the crew. Analyzing and Improving start-up procedures and
normal operating procedures with Vendors. Attending Operations and Managers meeting and
all HSE meetings.
April 2014 to September 2015:
Position: Commissioning Supervisor Area 2, responsible for the CSU TEAM (commissioning &
start up) HPU (Hydrogen Production Unit), CRU (Catalytic Reformer Unit), HCU (Hydrocracking
Unit), NSU (Naphtha Splitter Unit) and PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption Units).
Responsible for witness and execute of Test Packs, air blowing, flushing and commissioning of
all equipment in a safe manner, also supervising my shift team of 10 operators and trainees.
July 2005 - Valero Aruba Refinery
Position: Board operator on DCS Honeywell TDC 3000 on Hydrogen Plants (H1AR/H2AR/H3AR),
Merox Unit Asphalt Unit, LSR Unit & 5reciprocating compressors.

January 2009-2011 Valero Aruba Refinery
Act up as Supervisor in Hydrogen plant Turnaround monitoring 3 Hydrogen Units and with 6
field operator and 2 panel operator on my shift, we worked the 6am – 6pm shift. Attend the
5:30am meetings and make the daily report in Microsoft Words for the upcoming shift.
Responsibilities:Monitorunitsclosely;performsafe shutdown/start-uponabove units;safe emergency
shutdowns; trouble-shooting problems and taking corrective actions on these units.
3. 2002 to June 2005 El Paso Aruba Refinery
Position: Field operator on Hydrogen Units also 5 high pressure reciprocating compressors.
Responsibilities: Turnaround coordinator on Hydrogen plant #1 in 2005 taking care of the unit and 3
field operators on my shift also a panel operator attend meetings and make the daily report. Start-up
crew member on H1AR & H3AR Hydrogen Plant #1 & # 3); safe emergency shutdown and start up on
above mentioned units.
