It is my pleasure to recommend Richard Yeates. I’ve worked closely with Rich over the past three years
in his capacity as an Assistant Team Lead of Island Technicians and most recently Team Lead of Island
Technicians. Rich has been employed with Price’s Alarms since March 3, 2008 and in a very short time
has become a valuable leader and go to individual for our technical, admin, and sales teams.
I know Rich to be dependable, responsible, honest and courteous. Rich has been involved in training
and documentation for new trainees and current technical staff as well as dealing with escalated
customer disputes ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied. This position takes a great deal of
patience and dedication and many long days. Rich has superior experience with intrusion systems,
CCTV, intercoms, network infrastructures, and access control technologies which would make him an
asset to any organization. Rich has always been results oriented completing that one last task no
