express my point of view. I speak up for
myself so I can be at peace and feel I have
done the right thing.
My self-confidence and self assurance is
stronger than fear and doubt. I realize that
life is too short to only make choices that are
safe. With each calculated risk I take, I
empower myself with courage for any future
challenge I may face.
From this day forth, I have decided to stand
up and speak out for myself at work because
