The document describes a marketing campaign to promote affordable fashion from charity shops. It will feature 3 images - a landscape billboard image of a model in a suit against a wall, a portrait image of a man playing basketball, and a portrait of a woman sitting on a park bench. The target audience is males and females aged 20-40 from lower/working class areas. The campaign aims to raise money for charity by reselling donated clothes at affordable prices. It will launch on June 1st and run through August 25th, with advertisements placed on bus shelters in lower class areas.

Campaign of ideas
2. The product I am going to be
doing is a campaign in which
fashion is promoted from
charity shops (i.e.: St Rocco's,
British heart foundation).
I am going to make 3 overall
images, 1 landscape in which
will be produced large for
billboard use, additional two
smaller portrait images
which will be used on bus
stops advert boards.
My target audience is male
and females aged roughly
20-40 years of age.
Whom are in the
lower/working class, I have
chosen male and females as
both genders clothes are
donated by the general
public.
The message of my campaign
is to be able to re-use
clothing, by selling these
clothes we be able to raise
money for charity and in turn
sell the clothes to the public
for affordable prices, this is
as charity shops are usually
aimed at the less fortunate of
the scale.
The launch date of my campaign
is the 1st of June,
This is because the first of June
is when people start to buy new
clothes for summer. And after
Christmas so people will finally
have money to spend on clothes.
The launch date of my campaign
will be the first of June, when the
first poster will be brought out into
advertising, the second poster will
be brought out on the summer
solstice on June 21st and the third
and final poster will be brought out
July 10th this is when summer will be
mid-season and will be coming too
and end, august 25th all the posters
and propaganda will be taken down
and the campaign will have finished
3. The location of my advertisements is
going to be on bus shelters in the
less fortunate lower class area, this
is because it is in these lower class
areas where people don't really have
the money to go out and have a car
there fore they may get the bus to go
places seeing these posters it will
bring awareness of the campaigns in
the community

Something is considered obscene if it
tends to “deprave or corrupt”, those likely
to read, see or hear the matter contained in
it. EG: pictures of death
the first code of practice I am going to need to look
at is misleading advertising this needs to be
accounted for as we cannot advertise the clothing
as brand new or branded as not all the charity shops
will have that exact gear

Marketing communications mustnot materially mislead or be likely to do so.
Obvious exaggerations (“puffery”) and claims that the average consumerwho sees
the marketing communication is unlikely to take literally are allowed provided
they do not materially mislead.
Marketing communications mustnot mislead the consumerby omitting material
information. They mustnot mislead by hiding material information or presenting
it in anunclear, unintelligible, ambiguousor untimely manner.
Material information is information that the consumerneeds to make informed

material information is likely to mislead the consumerdependson the context,
the mediumand,if the mediumof the marketing communicationis constrained
