This document provides an agenda and overview for a 3-day workshop in Nairobi for the TTI PEC Africa program. Day 1 objectives are to review individual and peer progress over the past 9 months, explore challenges, and evaluate priorities and audiences. Day 2 focuses on providing technical support in key skills. Day 3 objectives are to reflect on the workshop, discuss priorities for the final months of the program, and continue mentorship discussions. The document outlines goals of the TTI PEC program and introduces mentors who will provide guidance in areas such as social media, traditional media, communications impact, and policy engagement.
