 Responsible for providing excellent customer service to bank customers. Respond
to complex customer inquiries and resolve problems in efficient accurate and
timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction on transaction requests and promote
a full range of bank products and services.
 Conduct audits of branch records and accounts to ensure compliance with
established bank policies and procedures. Conduct branch control audits including
cash limits, teller cash counts, alarm, safe deposits, compliance, branch marketing
materials, balancing records, negotiable supplies, safety and security of general
ledger accounts. To be performed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually
and annually.
 Conduct and coach daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to develop a plan for
the current day/month. Develop and implement new sales and service tactics.
Create a vital sales and service organization by promoting teamwork with partners
and other corporate departments.
 Conduct daily observations and givefeedback to each individual to celebrate in
their success and assistin areas of improvement
 Hold weekly calls nights for bankers, to make outbound sales calls to increase
branch revenue
 Develop and administer budgets, business development goals and objectives,
staffing models, schedules and performance standards. Analyze branch profit and
loss module on a monthly basis, to ensure positive pre- tax growth for the branch
 Hold each individual team member accountable in meeting expectations in areas of
sales and service

 Review and recommend employee personnel actions including promotions,
disciplinary process, corrective counseling and terminations. Conduct
annual/semiannual performance reviews
 Preform a wide range of teller and banker functions including, paying and
receiving, opening new accts, credit cards, IRA’s, CD’s, and loans.
 Mentor new Branch Managers onboarding to the company
 Assist district manager in interviewing of new personnel for the district and
market
