Joining Formalities:

• Co-ordination for Bank salary account opening of New Joined employees.
PMS: Performance Management System:
• Successful implementation of 5 life cycles of performance management system (Annual
salary increment for staff & worker separately) for entire group
• Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, Performance Pay & other
remuneration policies
• Educate Manager’s & HOD’s regarding setting of Key Result Areas, Compensation Practices
& Policies, and Conduct Performance Reviews with help of Managers.
• Implemented Target based quarterly performance appraisal of employees at all Plant level
for Management staff.
• Monthly employee tracking for probation and confirmation.
• Facilitate goal setting process and review individual KRAs to ensure that individual objectives

• Monitoring and Implementation of HR Initiatives

HR Processes and Policies
Ensure that the processes followed in HR are as per the policy
Learning, Training and Development
• Identifying training needs for all departments across all levels through Annual Appraisal,
Competency Mapping.
• Developing Annual Training Budget and plan along with functional heads and program
managers
• Coordination for Conducting Training Program (Technical Training & Induction Training) for
the employees.
• Conducting in House Training as per Training Calendar & coordination with Faculty.
• Evaluating the Effectiveness of Training Programs by KIRK Patrick model & analyzing (ROE)
return on expectations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization
• Supervise technical training for staff
• Create brochures and training materials.
• Conduct induction sessions.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Create testing and evaluation processes
• Provide performance feedback.

TPM
• HR Customer Audit : HMSI, Hardly Davidsons, Bajaj, Yamaha, Ducati
• EOHS audit preparation, EOHS Audit facing. If NC arises close the NC in stipulated time.
