• Briefing distributors on- Monthly targets, maintaining database, payment collection,
maintaining storage space transportation & man-power engagement, keeping safety
stocks, material delivery in time and other logistics operations.
• Handling distributor issues with regard to claims.

• Taking care of route operations, market scheming and breakages at the
Godown. Maintain stocks in distribution place as per the customer requirements and
company norms.
2. Sales Development & After Sales Service:
• Mapping projected sales volume quarterly bases for Chennai institution business and
communicate the same with production & supply chain team.
• Opening new Institutional accounts- Key Accounts(OBC, Quick Service Restaurants,
Airlines, Caterings, Restaurants, Fine-Dining, Resorts, Hotels, Cafeterias, Bakeries)
• Designing business proposals and price negotiation
• Building client relationship & handling business conflicts
• .Managing working capital effectively.
• Setting Monthly targets to achieve monthly target
• Effectively communicating the strategies through gate meetings.
• In charge of High Volume Accounts OBC, HEALTH CARE,
MANUFACTURING,HORECA, etc
