 EXPERIENCE IN DNO KURDISTAN IRAQ (May 2014 to
till date)
• Operates 180,000bpd Crude processing trains in accordance with set
procedures.(Degasser, Desalter, Crude Oil Heater, separator)
• Monitor the well crude inlet H2S ppm and BS&W and maintain the Crude
processing trains oil outlet H2S ppm and BS&W within the limit
• Handles chemicals, adjusts chemicals injection rates as per program and be
aware of safety precautions related to those activities
• Maintain the crude export flow rate, tanker loading and crude storage tanks
level
• Reports any major abnormalities to the management
• Perform well tests.
• Organizes the Central Production Facilities maintenance activities with the
support of the Tawke PSC Maintenance Team.
• Suggests possible improvements regarding facilities and procedures to his
management.
• Prepares the facilities and pieces of equipment for maintenance activities
(ensures isolations are set as required in the Work Permits).
• Prepares the Site Daily Production report.
 EXPERIENCE IN BUNDUQ OFFSHORE (March-2008 to
May 2014)
Gas Sweetening Unit:
Treating sour gas from the separator to remove H2S from 1,10,000 PPM to
less than 5 PPM. The process involves Absorption at 400 PSI pressure and
Regeneration at 8 PSI. The Solution (Absorbent) used for absorbing H2S is
DEA (Diethanol Amine). In this unit Absorber, Regenerator, Reboilers, flash
drum are mainly used to sweetening of gas.
Gas Dehydration Unit:
The process consists of dehydration process to remove moisture by
Triethylene Glycol prior to admission into the Gas compressors. The process
involves absorption at 400 Psi and regeneration at 3.5 PSI. The GDU consists
of Contactor with integrated inlet scrubber, Regenerator, Flash drum and
Reboiler using Thyristor controlled Electrical heater as heating source and
surge drum. The plant is supplied by NATCO Japan.
Gas Injection Unit:
Ariel reciprocating compressors (three stage, 6 throw) driven by caterpillar gas
engine, which Compresses from 400 psi to 5000psi.Compressors having three
stages with inlet scrubbers and coolers.
WATER INJECTION FACILITY (WIP):
High pressure treated seawater injecting to the well for maintaining reservoir
pressure. Sea water is treated with Ferric chloride, Poly electrolyte and oxygen
scavenger filtered in coarse filters and fine filters, pressurized up to 2500 Psi
by turbine driven pumps and injected into the wells.
UTILITIES:
Operating power generators & Synchronizing, Emergency diesel generator,
Operating instrument Air compressors,Nitrrogen generation unit, Following
first level maintenance, Preparing shift status reports to Supervisors & Good
Operating Knowledge of computers, and taking Readings. Preparing
Midnight and shift status reports sending through the email or fax to Supt’s
 EXPERIENCE IN COROMANDAL FERTILIZER (April-
01 to Feb-08)
Atmospheric Ammonia storage tank and its off- site:
• Ammonia Storage: Fully refrigerated double integrity cup in type
cylindrical storage tank capacity of 12,500MT.
• Screw Compressor: (YORK) oil lubricated type handling ammonia at
18bar pressure water cooled oil cooler.
• Pumps: Multistage vertical barrel type centrifugal pump with different
capacities for ammonia handling. For glycol and other fluid single stage
centrifugal pumps.
• Heat exchangers: Ammonia-Ammonia heat exchanger, ammonia-
glycol heat exchanger, glycol-hot water heat exchanger and condenser
• Off-site: Ammonia unloading from ship at the rate of 450MT/hr through
pipes which are trenched in sea bed with the help of multibuoy mooring
system about 2.5 Km from shore and interacting shore personal for
smooth unloading. Ammonia road and rail tankers loading and
unloading.
Complex Fertilizer Plant:
• Combustion chamber (or) Burner: Air is heated using furnace oil
to dry the fertilizer in the dryer at 300 to 400 deg C. For atomization
steam or air is used.
• Rotary dryer, Granulator, pulvarisers, Blowers, Scrubber
• Cyclone separators, vibrating screen
• Different type of centrifugal pumps and rotary pumps and valves
• Reactor: PLUG FLOW REACTOR.
SAFETY:
Attending regular exercise of Safety Drills. Wearing all the PPE
required during work. Following the Safe Work Procedure as
inducted. Keeping & Maintaining high standard of HOUSE KEEPING.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSES:

•Sea survival technics& fire fighting
