Our work appreciated favorably in a short period of time and it grew
into a low voltage switchgear fabrication concern. The industrial
sector, in particular, responded admirably to our services and work.
The development rate speeded up further when a workshop with better men,
material and machines was set up in 1995. These changes impacted
healthily on the production and quality of work improved significantly.
As a result the customer’s satisfaction increased at a great deal. All
these efforts towards the service of industry increased the local market
share for the company.
The company has been growing at a consistent rate since then, exploring
new areas of electrical work to serve better its customers and industry.
The company is trying its best to provide best quality products to its
customers. A team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and technicians
keep exploring new and modern techniques so that the optimum standard of
quality work may be achieved.

company. Quick and strong backup is provided to the site staff and
customers in all areas so that the quality of work may improve at a
great extend.
Quality of work with excellence and perfection is the main motive of the
company which always been given preference but the suggestions of
customers are most valuable to SAEC. The production department keeps
following these suggestions and strives for more customer satisfaction,
thus ensuring day by day progress of the company.
All the sectors of the company are keen to mould their skills towards
new and best standards of work. SAEC has a friendly working environment

10. According to International Standards High Tension
H.T) starts above 1KV AC. Here in Pakistan
Distribution Panels of H.T are called Medium
Voltage (M.V) Panels, which are named as Wapda
Metering and Consumer Panels. SAEC is the
foremost name in Medium Voltage Distribution
System. SAEC is approved from WAPDA to
Manufacture M.V Panels under the Category M2
(ITEM-I, III, V & IV).
(WAPDA APPROVED MANUFACTURERS)
Low voltage panels are generally known as Low Tension (L.V) Panels. Low
Voltage range is up to and including 1KV AC. SAEC manufactured and
delivered L.V Panels to its innumerous clients over the years. SAEC has
developed a one of its own kind design of L.V Panels that is called
Modular Structure (Nut & Bolted). The quality of this design is that the
whole panel can be attached and then dismantled both in no time; this
makes the panels easy to be extended in future instead of conventional
panels. These panels have complete protection from Under Voltage, Over
Voltage, Phase Failure, Phase sequence and Overloads.
PFI Panels also known as Automatic Power Factor
Controller (AFPC) Panels is a 3-Phase, multiple-
capacitor-banks, reactive power compensator. The
APFC is capable of maintaining target power
factor round-the-clock and keeping a check on
your electricity bills. SAEC’s APFC finds wide
applications in factories, process plants,
commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals.
11. ► Automatic control ► Up to 12 Capacitor banks
► Modular construction ► Safe
► Reliable ► Low- loss
► Computer compatibility (OPTIONAL)
► Harmonics control devices (OPTIONAL)
► Harmonic Filters/Reactors (OPTIONAL)
► Conserves Energy ► Short payback period
► Saves from Wapda Penalty ► Protects your equipment
► Reduce switch losses
► Avoids detrimental effects of Over-current
Our Auto Main Failure (AMF)panel is equipped with
a complete sensing of your mains (WAPDA) and
generator supply. AMF monitors Voltage, Current
and Frequency of both and take necessary actions,
also it monitors generators fuel level so, in
order to shed down generator and generate alarm
signal on its user friendly screen.
SAEC provides solutions both of Automatic
Transfer Switch (ATS) it switches between at
least two and at most three supplies based on
priority, either Wapda – Generator, Wapda - Wapda
or Generator – Generator.
We provide both Module and Relay based solutions
with complete safety and sufficient switching
time for supplies and cooling time for generator.
12. We manufacture Automatic Module based
synchronizing panel that has all control gears
and switchgears (ACB’s/MCCB’s)necessary for
synchronizing operation such as Breakers,
Protection Relays, Synchronizing Meters and
Relays etc.
Systems in which part of the load is very
critical must be best served by paralleling two
or more generator sets. Paralleling power sources
allows for a wide variety of choices in the
generation, distribution and utilization of the
system's power.
► Synchronizing saves losses of fuel during power generation
► Synchronizing eliminate malfunctioning
► Synchronizing eliminates human-dependency
► Under parallel operation all the generator sets are started at once
and after module senses the required load it makes its preferences
based on its programmed logic and perform necessary operation to
Save the cost of fuel used in power generation.
► No human needed to monitor loads; module itself senses and monitors
the load whenever a load is switched on or takes off from the
system.
► The module is programmed via an external input (LAPTOP/DESKTOP) to
dynamically track the size of each load individually. This allows
the system to quickly determine exactly how many loads are to be
added or shed from the system, whether it is in the middle of the
afternoon or in the middle of the night.
► A user friendly main screen with navigation buttons and non- system
critical buttons/switches allows operator to manually initiate
automation system testing operations.
► Intuitive interface makes operation simple. Little or no learning
curve required to operate system.
13. Motor Control Centers are designed to fulfill the
electrical requirement of installed machinery
like water pumps, compressors, Blowers, Fan and
all kind of motors in industry.
Motor Control Centers can operate the motors on
Automatic star-delta (ASD)/Direct on line (DOL)
method through locally as well as through remote
stations. These panels have different tripping
systems like Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Phase
Failure and Phase sequence, Single Phasing,
Thermistor Tripping, Dry Running and thermally
Overloading.
MCC’s also have electronic over-current (EOCR)
protection relays.(OPTIONAL)
SAEC manufactures Fix/Compartmentalized MCC Panels with a wide range of
