CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To work in an open and competitive organization that brings out a perfect symbiosis between my
employer and me and to be able to take up new and challenging endeavors in the organization and
contribute to its growth. To be a part of a team that holds long-term goals in mind and helps me in

PROFILE DETAILS:
6 years experienced in Shomuk Engineering Consultancy Services (Outsourcing Company) as an
Admin executive. Administrative support offering versatile office management skills and proficiency
in Microsoft Office programs. Able to solve multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without
compromising quality.
Professional Experience :
Presently working in Shomuk Engineering & Consultancy Services as an Admin Executive from
September 2010 to till date.
I worked for Okay Call Center Private Limited as a Tele Sales Executive from March 2009 to August
2009.
Responsibilities as Admin Executive (Vodafone Process & WBSEDCL Process) from April
2014 to till date.
1. Need to take the attendance report from reporting manager in proper time in every month.
2. Need to update the attendance with proper calculation of TA, OT, INCENTIVE, and LEAVE
ADJUSTMENT.
3. Have to maintain the resignation update and calculate with attendance of that particular
resignation cases.
4. Need to collect the TA claim from employees and have to update with attendance calculation.
5. Invoice generation and after receiving approval from client HR Manager have to dispatch
Invoice within a deadline.
6. Coordinating with employees and reporting manager for further any queries.
7. Prepare MIS in monthly basis within deadline.
8. Apart from these have to provide employees ID Card, Health Card, ESI Card, and also look after
associates mediclaim and further coordinating with employees family members in case of
employees hospitalised issue.
9. Also look after about PF withdrawal cases for resigned associates.
10. Working with the HR Manager, carrying out disciplinary actions with an employee.
11. Attends to associate grievances and complaints regarding attendance, salary, leave balance or
any other query provides guidance if necessary.
12. Drafting of increment letter, preparation of new salary structure, coordinating with accounts
department for the same.
13. Insuring that all associates have the proper documentation before their joining.
Responsibilities as Collection Executive (Vodafone Process) from Sep. 2010 to Dec.2012:-
1. Collect payments on past due bills over phone.
2. Create a list of people who have not made payments within my allocation.
3. Attempt to collect payment within a fixed time.
4. Listen to customer's story and determine if debt can be collected.
5. Follow up with customers, Relationship Managers and field executive for close the case.
6. Need to meet monthly target against allocation.
7. Prepare MIS in daily basis.
Responsibilities as Verification Executive (Vodafone Process) from Dec 2012 to March 2014:-
1. Need to take the verification feedback over phone from Field Executive for the Customer profile
updation and have to rating as per Customer profile.
2. Need to call the customer for further any queries and giving the proper knowledge of the product.
3. Providing prompt resolutions.
4. Should be clear on product and Process Knowledge.
5. Knowledge for delivering customer service.
6. Coordinating with field executives for better performance.
7. Interfacing with the back office colleagues for business development.
8. Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery &
service quality norms.
