2. Job Profile:
 Accounting:- Scrutiny of General Ledger, AR, AP, Payroll processing, FAR &
its retirement. Major role played during finalization of books of accounts and
preparation of schedules.
 Machine Hour Rate: - Calculation of MHR & LHR Per batch/ Per product, rate
for stability, Tech transfer activity, R&D activity, Pricing of New products &
Existing products.
 Cycle Time: - Review the Product wise cycle time for all the SFG Parts and
take up with Prod. Planning Dept. for taking necessary corrections (if any)

 Standard Cost Estimate: - Working out predetermined activity rates per
batch of operations and regular updation of the same comparing with actual
and release of Std. Cost Estimations for the Parts and Variance Calculations
and Settlements for the same.
 Cost Review: - Daily review of Raw Material Moving Prices for maintaining
the RM prices accurately
 Treasury:- ECB and PCFC loan, Forward contracts, foreign payment and
Lodging of Bills, International LC, Buyers Credit and BG etc.,
 Auditing:- Responsible for Internal, Statutory, and Tax Auditors on Audit
matters.
 Taxation:- Handled Transfer pricing, Excise, ST, VAT, TDS, ESI, PF and its
filings.
 Process Improvements:- Key role played in Process Study and
Improvement in SAP-FICO implementation, preparation of URS, BBP, BMR
Stage (Business Mapping Requirement) to till Final Signoff.
 Budgeting:- Interacting with respective departments in finalization &
preparation of Budgets and periodic review of the same.
 Variance Reporting: - Monthly calculation of budget variances (Bud Vs Act)
at plant level for management and interacting with departments for better
control of expenses.
 Reporting:- Preparation of Board presentations, MIS, Margin analysis and
Profitability Reports (viz., Plant wise, Customer wise, Product wise etc) &
Providing Timely information of Inventory Control and expenditure control (viz
Power cost, Employee Cost, MOS, Scrap, Sub contractor etc.) Analysis of
Manufacturing Expenses and Reporting to the Management
 Inventory Management: - Ageing schedule of inventory etc and reporting
to management. Preparation of reports on cycle counting of Inventory and
valuation of excess/shortages and making adjustment in accounts

3.  Reconciliations:- Periodic reco of debtors, creditors and BRS with books of
accounts and balance confirmation.
 Coordination & Meetings:- With HOD’s of Internal Departments
viz.,Planning, Production, Engineering, Stores, finance, IT and HR for
acquiring data and conduction review meetings.
 SAP ECC6-FICO:- Creation masters such as Material, GL, Cost centers, Asset
Module, Control accounts viz., GR/IR, Freight payable, CVD and Custom
MM(provision), Maintaining Pricing conditions etc.,
 Fund management:- Receivables vs payables and conducting periodic
reviews.
