As a graduate of geography and experienced customer service advisor, seeking a role
as a customer care representative in your organization. Recent achievements with my
current employer include the implementation of an innovative new customer friendly
approach. Determined to improve proficiency by means of acquiring skills necessary to
efficiently contribute to policy-making and advocacy to an organization committed to

Achievements and responsibilities:
• As Customer Retentions I was trained to deliver a high standard of customer
service to our customers using ICOMS and Maestro applications.
• Ensuring that phone inquiries are answered within 30 seconds on the first ring.
• Directing inbound calls to the appropriate department in relation to managing
contracts, payment plans and technical support where needed.
