Info Job Profile:
1) Recruitment & Onboarding
•Collect manpower requisition forms and job descriptions from HOD’s.
•Contact recruitment agencies and informing them about vacancies.
•Forwarding CVs to HOD’s for shortlisting candidates.
•Conduct HR interviews.
•Perform designation and salary fitment of potential hires.
•Coordinating with candidate to ensure earliest possible joining date.
•Assist in joining formalities for new staff.
•Send organizational announcements for new joinees.
2) Induction and Joining Formalities:
• Arranging Induction programme.
• Joining Formalities, Opening Bank accounts.
• Prepare salary structure & salary break up as per rules...
