before the 15th of the following month.
 Prepare PF yearly return (form3-A&6-A) along with Version4.0 and deposit concerned
Regional Office.
 Filling All PF Form as form2,5&10,12A,19,10C,10D,20,5IF,13,14 and 31.7B
 Filling Online monthly ESI Challans and deposit with the authorized bank through a
Challans in the prescribed form in quadruplicate on or before 21th of month following the
calendar month in the wages fall due.
 Prepare ESI half yearly return (form 5: Sec 44: regulation 26) and deposit Concerned
Regional Office.
 Completion of Muster roll(form-16) and Leaves register(form-14)
