constrained,
▪ Normal/Construction function which will create construction geometries in a sketch (axes, projection
lines, boundaries, etc.). Note that a geometric element in construction lines does not allow the software to
recognize a closed boundary,
▪ Project / Include function group allows you to bring projections of points, edges or faces of an object on
another sketch in progress (equivalent to the Project Geometry function of Inventor Professional),
▪ Rigid Group function allows components to be joined together when a sub-assembly is inserted into a
global assembly,
▪ The Attached Canvas function will allow you to insert an image on a plan and redraw over it if necessary.

▪ The As-built Joint function makes it possible to assemble components as they were manually positioned in
space (and maintain their current position),
▪ The Joint function will allow you to create the components’ assembly, offering you targeted points in
advance (same as on Inventor Professional),
▪ The Motion Link function will allow you to make a correspondence between two joints (assemblies). For
example, it’s the principle of alternate/internal angles when I rotate my cantilever (angular constraint) and I
want to keep a perfectly horizontal tube whatever happens,
▪ The Do not capture Design History function will allow you to freeze the design tree to improve
performance and not slow down the machine performance. Please find below the result before and after,
▪ The Physical Material function allows you to change the intrinsic characteristics of the material while the
Appearance function only changes its visualization aspect (rendering).
