VSA are a proactive charitable organisation and were seeking additional ways to support and provide their vast staff numbers with further personal development, maximizing their learning and development resource, whilst ensuring that compliance was met. Qintil engaged with the Learning and Development team to determine VSA’s learning culture and educational objectives they had in place. It was critical that the appropriate plan was implemented to roll a project out of this size ensuring little disruption, and also assist in the transition to a new learning medium.
