Till årets Vitalis-konferens i Göteborg den 22-24 april, som är den största mötesplatsen för eHälsa i norden, bjöd vi in Will Falk, PwC Kanadas Managing Partner inom Health Industries. Will höll ett seminarium tillsammans med Torsten Håkansta, generaldirektör på eHälsomyndigheten. Han presenterade Kanadas erfarenhet av eHälsa med början 2001 då InfoWay grundades av den Kanadensiska staten för att påskynda utvecklingen och användandet av effektiva digitala lösningar i hela landet. Fokus lades på vad som bidragit till InfoWays framgång och de drastiska förändringar som skett på marknaden sedan InfoWay grundades för mer än 10 år sedan. Slutligen identifierade Will sex områden som organisationer liknande InfoWay bör ha i beaktande framåt, bland annat vilken påverkan som konsumentprodukter och nya aktörer kommer att ha på marknaden.

Infoway will build on existing initiatives and pursue collaborative relationships in pursuit of its mission.
