• Sky is a brand name of BskyB and BSkyB is the largest pay-
TV broadcaster in the United Kingdom and Ireland with over
11 million subscribers and DishTv is an Indian company and a
division of Zee Network Enterprise. It provides Direct to home
sattelite television to more than 13million customers.

5. LIMITATIONS
The limitations can be:
• I cannot visit Dish Tv office for my research.
• In primary data the results may be vague due
to busy schedule of respondents.
• I can be bias on my home country.
