  2. 2. TO START WITH  A hospital is a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized staff and equipment.  Hospitals are usually funded by the public sector, by health organisations (for profit or nonprofit), by health insurance companies, or by charities.
  3. 3. THE IDEA OF PAPERLESS HOSPITALS  PERCENTAGE OF WASTE GENERATED BY HOSPITALS THROUGH PAPER IS THE HIGHEST WHEN COMPARED TO ALL OTHER WASTES.

  5. 5. SO I CAME UP WITH  THE IDEA TO MAKE EVERYTHING PAPERLESS. REMOVING APPLICATION FORM BY MAKING THE APPLICATION FORM FILLED ONLINE.  BY MAKING THE PRESCRIPTIONS THROUGH MY APP. THUS PAPER CONSUMPTION CAN BE REDUCED.
  6. 6. ABOUT MY APP  WHERE EVERYTHING IS MADE USER FRIENDLY.  THIS APP CAN BE USED BY EVERYONE VERY EASILY.  EASIEST WAY TO CONSULT DOCTOR AND GET PRESCRIPTIONS VIA MY APP.  THE INFORMATION GETS UPDATED EACH AND EVERTIME YOU CONSULT A DOCTOR.
  7. 7. COMPETITOR FOR MY APP  THERE IS NO OTHER APP WITH THESE FEATURES IN MARKET.  THERE ARE APPS WHICH JUST SHOWS NEARBY HOSPITALS.

  10. 10. WANTS OF CUSTOMERS  Conveying information in a way you can understand.  Prescription of doctors can be easily understood.  Doctors can also be consulted very easily by taking appointment without standing in queues.
  11. 11. SEGMENTATION AND TARGETING  Any type of consumers can use this one.  The one who are highly educated can easily access this.  The one who knows how to operate a phone can access that.  As smartphones are common these days everyone can use this easily.
  12. 12. TARGETING CUSTOMERS Points-of-difference (POD)  The aspects of the product offering are completely distinct to the offerings because there were no such apps with these features.

FREE FEATURES OF APP  Similar to some of the existing apps this app possess:  Information about all the hospitals.  Information about all the doctors .  Near to your location.  Also it provides the basic prescriptions for the diseases such that customers don’t suffer by using them.  It also helps to provide rating to doctors and hospitals which helps other customers to consult a doctor.

APP PROMOTION  As we all know that social media network is the easiest way to popularize any kind of stuff.  As we all are surrounded by many people with smart phones its very easy to make it get installed on them.  Also there is a probability of 47% of people getting sick per week we ask them to go to doctor through this app by finding nearer ones.

PREMIUM VERSION COST  COST: I would like to cost this app around just $20 per year.  And this is a sensible price because money doesn’t matter when compared to health.  Also usually it costs around $2 to consult any doctor one time.  Considering one consult per month on an average it costs around $25 which is more than the price for this app.

PREMIUM VERSION FEATURES  EXTRA FEATURES OF PREMIUM VERSION:  In this version we can get the appointment of a doctor directly through this app.  You can directly see the doctors free timings and already booked timings.  Also this app provides the details of blood donors who are nearby to users.  The prescription can be directly done through this app instead of writing the list on paper.  So finally this makes the app paper free.
  18. 18. SECURITY FOR CUSTOMERS  While logging in it asks details about the user mainly : 1. Name 2. Address 3. Phone number (as this will be unique we use otp’s so as to verify whether the customer is giving a valid number or not ). 4. Also we verify the Aadhar numbers which is also unique and thus can be linked to his profile. 5. So making his Aadhar number as user name doctor or patient can directly see about his previous consultations and previous prescriptions.
