This week assignment required to solve three problems derived from our text book in a mathematical essay APA style format. First am going to
start by solving all three problems and later putting in words explaining the steps used in solving the problems including all mathematical and
describe how and why this is applicable to my everyday life. The first part of the problem request to rewrite the expression (P dollars is invested at

1. I think that having formatting standards such as APA is very necessary and useful for a clear communication. When we use an editorial style, we
remove the distraction of puzzling over the correct punctuation for a reference or the proper form for numbers in text. An author writing for a

Elizabeth, like you this is my first time as well writing in the APA style format. Honestly until starting this course I had zero idea that there was
even a writing style for writing papers of this nature. I vaguely remember the first, second, and third person perspectives of writing a paper. I know
that I will need to do research for future papers, and cite others. But knowing the proper way to do so is something I will be learning as we go. The use
of the correct terminology, concepts, clearer languages, and punctuation will be a learning curve again for me. References and giving people the
proper credit I see the need for, now to learn to do it correctly.

As I stated earlier, I prefer to avoid paraphazing in my writing. The reason for this is because the arguments I construst in my papers are straight
forward, to the point, and my own ideas. Also, gradewise, I did not get penalized for this in my BSW program. However, Walden Univerisity's
