Mr. Sumankumar Andhariya has 10 years of experience working as a lecturer in social work. He believes that working is a form of worship and his goal is to contribute to the welfare of people. He thinks the key qualities for being a successful employee are having a humanitarian approach, being committed to your work, and possessing qualities that are vital for working in an academic field. He sees challenges as opportunities and tries to calmly accept them. His long-term vision is to start an NGO focused on empowering women, while his present goal is to make time for this while fulfilling his current responsibilities.
3. EXPERIENCE
By the grace of goddess vidhyadevi could
serve the students of social work for one
decade i.e. ten years
4. how does he takes his work
• To his mind work is worship , all along and through out in
his life. he had a vision to work and contribute for the
welfare and betterment of the people. he would like to
opine, if we don’t mind, that the term vision is very wide
and it includes the other aspects like goal , mission ,
equipment to face challenges and intervention for new
establishment because such interventation for
establishment has been foreseen as an essential ingredient
of the task that has been undertaken.
5. qualities to become a successful employee
According to him,
• Humanitarian approach is very essential quality in any field and for
any work.secondly your commitment to your work may give you job
satisfaction which will in turn make your work enjoyable and
smooth. And lastly, when you are working in academic field such
qualities are life-blood of your work.
6. Challenges , that he takes as an opportunities
• Every person has to undergo and face conflicts during his life-time-circle
. his experience has strengthened his concept that without
being moved and shaked just piecefully proceed then in many cases
and at many times such challenges calmly accepted and adapted by
you have become blessing for you.
7. about job satisfaction..
• He believe that job satisfaction depends on internal and external
satisfaction because….
• otherwise either you are pretending to yourself or you pretending
towards others.
8. His opinion on reward or opportunities
• Reward is as he believe an important factor for motivation like lubricant in
machinery . But he consider its importance more as an acceptance of his
effort rather than other selfish or materialistic gain.opportunity is believed
as a part of luck and he did not disagree with that concept, But he firmly
believe that opportunity does come or arise. The only thing we need to do
is that we have to stick to our work with commitment and patient.
• Perhaps one may not agree with him immediately when he assert that
domain vision is an endless running away from life for it can keep you
always discontented and may lead to decay and death only, whereas
purpose vision will leap you up to heavenly pleasure and it would widen
your work-field towards mankind as a whole.
9. Behaviour with his juniors and senior to get his work
properly and efficiently from them
• He says that, he has tried to convince them with purposeful
communication skill and patient. And he has no doubt that expected
result would be natural and spontaneous
• To work with the seniors he supposed to work like a team rather then
a personal unit.
10. his experience to overcome the fear of failure
• MSW is professional education course and as a partial fulfilment of
the degree every student had to conduct a social research pertaining
to any social problem. Moreover we had most of students from rural
areas, apart from that in many cases their research guides were at
distance outside from DHASA , So his main supplementary
contribution was to motivate these students to select challenging
aspect of social work field and simultaneously to make them
convinced about their potentialities.
11. short term and long term vision
• He is very glad to express his long term vision that he want to set out
an NGO which will work for humanity in general and self reliance of
women in specific . He did not expect to be granted by GOVT. or any
other foreign organization.
• And his present vision is to save time for the task along with carrying
out present responsibilities.
12. message or suggestions for youth
• Generally he did not like to advice anyone because it is very easy to
do so yes, he has a message for the future engineers that if possible
they can read and think over deeply about the struggles of great
scientists like madam curry, Thomas alwa adison, etc.who have
contributed towards the easiness of life, irrespecting the suffering
they had gone through.
• If the youth is willing to adopt then he has a suggestion that they can
develop a sense of commitment and attitude of bringing perfection
in any work which is in their”hands and hearts”
13. His feelings after this experience to being
expressive
• He is happy to quote this present experience which has enabled him
on either side.at first this interview can be a fruitful to your
classmates who would listen or read your presentation.
• Secondly he has also learned by being interviewed by me for he
personally believe that if he can ventilate himself for learning .he can
learn from anywhere , at any place and from anyone. And , hence he
thankful to me for providing him this opportunities of being
expressive.
14. LOOKING TO HIS ABOVE CHARACTERISTICS AND HIS
BEHAVIOUR WITH ME I CAN SAY THAT “HE IS A CONTRIBUTOR.”
