JOB DESCRIPTION
 Independent Handling of Complete Quality Manual System (QMS) of Super Auto Group. (In-Line with
ISO/TS 16949 & Customer Specific Requirements).
 Organize Monthly Review Meeting (MRM).
 Data collection and analysis of Customer Return & In-House Rejection.
 Responsible for Complete Plant Document Control and Release.
 Additionally Responsible for Supplier Improvement for system & Process.
 Responsible to Submit the Part PPAP and taken approval from customer.
 Monitoring the Q-Gate and Limit/Master Sample.
 Responsible for Internal audit program (Product & Process) including action taken to address all finding.
Initiates process audit and address specific customer issue or plant performance issues.
 Core Member of Kaizen and 5’S’ Team.
 Responsible for compile/Finalize/Submission the Countermeasure to the Customer.
 Member of Technical discussion team for the customer at the time of New Product Introduction.
 Knowledge of SPC, MSA, 7 QC TOOLS,FMEA, POKA-YOKE,& 5S techniques etc.
