Plants help in the production of Oxygen, and take
up Carbon Dioxide from the
surroundings, hence, purifying the air we
breathe.
Plant-based foods are also less prone to carry
diseases, as compared to meat foods.
A greener cover on our planet ensures timely
rainfalls, balances the eco system, and also
provides a healthy life and diet to all the
Herbivorous animals, which are in
turn, extremely useful to us too.
