20. CI Manager
Continues Improvement (CI Manager) is a full feature, user-friendly, project
management tool directly integrated into Strata, Cotopaxi's web based energy
management system. CI Manager distributes responsibility from the Project
Manager, empowering the entire project team to ensure user motivation and
engagement leading to successful, well managed projects.

After all the projects have been logged in CI Manager, management can
become extensive. To prevent this a number of report have been
created to help manage this.
Each report focuses on a specific area allowing you to view detailed and
precise information relating to the projects within your site / group.
22. OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness
OEE or Overall Equipment Effectiveness in Strata reduces complex production
problems and methods into simple, intuitive presentation of information via
Dashboards, Widgets, Reports and interactive displays. This provides a
baseline efficiency figure for machines, production lines or the entire Site.

Gathered baseline efficiency figures for machines is then used to report on the
availability and performance in accordance with the set efficiency target to help
