MS EXCEL
MS-EXCEL commonly know as spreadsheet, is a computer application that
simulates a paper worksheet. A spreadsheet cell may contain a formula that
defines how the contents of that cell is to be calculated form the contents of
any other cell or cells. Spreadsheets are frequently used for financial
information, because of their ability to re-calculate the entire sheet
automatically, after a change to a single cell is made.

3. FINANCIAL Functions IN
MS EXCEL
• Many types of formula functions such as financial, mathematical, logical,
statistical, engineering, etc.
• Among them financial functions are used by professionals to save their time & to
get accurate solutions by getting all calculations done by computers. MS Excel is
one of the program which provides a platform to perform these calculations.
• Spreadsheets are frequently used for financial information, because of their
ability to re-calculate the entire sheet automatically, after a change to a single cell
is made.
• Some of the financial functions are :-
SUM,
FUTURE VALVE OF ANNIUTY,
PRESENT VALUE OF ANNIUTY,
