swimming pool reporting to Managing Director.
The St Laurn Hotels & Resorts group, which was operating St Laurn Business Hotel- Koregaon Park, St Laurn
Suites- Hinjewadi in Pune, St Laurn Tower- Ahmedabad & St Laurn Meditation and Spa in Shirdi.

where I had handled responsibility for 300 staffs which includes 16 head of departments and I was reporting
to Vice President.

As a new preopening setup my responsibilities included
• Worked in co-ordination with Project manager, Architect and consultant and corporate heads.
• Monitored daily work progress of the site in co-ordination with Project Manager and chief Engineer.
• Involved in local liasioning and licensing works.
• Implemented all the safety measures for the project work at site .
• Co-ordinate with IT Manager and IT vendor for installing EPABX System / CCTV / Computer /
Internet/ T.V Channel at site.
• To coordinate with project manager and vendor for installation of STP / R.O / Bio Gas / transformer/
LT/H.T panel and D.G set at site.
• To Take care of all the site staff including operational project staff for their temporary food /
shelter / sanitation at site.
• Arrangement of temporary store for receiving and storing the material related to project.
• Worked in coordination with Kitchen consultant and corporate chef to setup the kitchen.
• Market study for procuring all operation fixed and circular requirement for finalizing vendor for
operation and project..
• Finalizing requirement for F&B e.g Bar items, Glass ware, Hollowware, Crockery, Flatware, F&B
supplies, Kitchen utensils, Banquet and Conference Table Chair , Audio visual equipments etc. Also
requirement for house keeping e.g furniture fixture in Room/toilet, linen, public area equipment,
