swimming pool reporting to Managing Director.
The St Laurn Hotels & Resorts group, which was operating St Laurn Business Hotel- Koregaon Park, St Laurn
Suites- Hinjewadi in Pune, St Laurn Tower- Ahmedabad & St Laurn Meditation and Spa in Shirdi.
Achievement
• In charge of complete P&L of the unit.

Worked as a Resident Manager, the Cambay, Gujrat a Five Star Resort with 165 Rooms, 3 Restaurant(Indus,
Curry, Marcopolo), 8 conference and banquet hall ranging from 20-1500 covers,9 holes Golf, world-class Spa
& Saloon, fitness centre, recreation facilities and lounges.
where I had handled responsibility for 300 staffs which includes 16 head of departments and I was reporting
to Vice President.
'Cambay' Group is a world class Five Star luxury and deluxe Resort, Hotel with more than 10 properties with
1000 rooms inventory.
Achievement
• Handling total staff of 300 with 16 HOD’ executives.
• Co-ordinate with V.P Sales for Sales promotion like Indian food festival.
• Co-ordinate with Corporate Chef for setting up new Cambay bakery and coffee shop.

I was deputed to Cambay Palm Lagoon to setup the property from project to operational at Kerala which is
6 acres land with backwater resort with cottages, floating cottage, floating conference hall, house boat and
two multi cuisine restaurant.
As a new preopening setup my responsibilities included
• Worked in co-ordination with Project manager, Architect and consultant and corporate heads.
• Monitored daily work progress of the site in co-ordination with Project Manager and chief Engineer.
• Involved in local liasioning and licensing works.
• Implemented all the safety measures for the project work at site .
• Co-ordinate with IT Manager and IT vendor for installing EPABX System / CCTV / Computer /
Internet/ T.V Channel at site.
• To coordinate with project manager and vendor for installation of STP / R.O / Bio Gas / transformer/
LT/H.T panel and D.G set at site.
• To Take care of all the site staff including operational project staff for their temporary food /
shelter / sanitation at site.
• Arrangement of temporary store for receiving and storing the material related to project.
• Worked in coordination with Kitchen consultant and corporate chef to setup the kitchen.
• Market study for procuring all operation fixed and circular requirement for finalizing vendor for
operation and project..
• Finalizing requirement for F&B e.g Bar items, Glass ware, Hollowware, Crockery, Flatware, F&B
supplies, Kitchen utensils, Banquet and Conference Table Chair , Audio visual equipments etc. Also
requirement for house keeping e.g furniture fixture in Room/toilet, linen, public area equipment,
Toiletries, stationery, cleaning supplies etc.
• To setup the other area like Restaurant / front office / H.R/ Accounts/ Purchase / maintenance/Staff
cafeteria/central store / Receiving section/laundry /departmental store in co-ordination with
Departmental head and project manager.
• Service strategies for hotel depending upon the type of restaurant , type of room.
• Preparing and fixing Safety, Informative and direction Signage and location map in the property.
• Printing and designing files, register and formats for different department, guest for internal and
external communication.
• Recruitment in coordination with V.P H.R and G.M HR for new staff through different consultant, job
portal, own data base and through references.
• Operational training to the staff in co ordination with HOD.
• Preparing and implementing departmental SOP’s , H.R and commercial policy.
• Handing over from project to operation with proper check list with future backup and support.
2006-2007

Tech hotel in the name of Smart_Inn in Pune..

• Complete Hotel day today Operations of four hotels Oakwood, woodland, Sundarban and Meru with
