User Interface for ICPF

Project Description: FUI ICPF is developed using the ADA language, as are most
other FMS applications. It communicates via the Arinc661 protocol to the
displays. ICPF provides A Graphical User Interface via ARINC 661.

My Role in the project: Senior software Engineer
Developing High level requirements in Enterprise Architect from system level
requirements as per ARINC 661 outputs. Writing python scripts to verify the high
level requirements and ARINC 661 outputs as per ARINC 661 specification.
Verification results are taken from DO 178 level B Structural coverage on
VectorCast tool and Target RIG testing. Performing qualified reviewer for High
level requirements and High level verification tests. Experience in AGS (aircraft-

Network Data Object) Transformation Data Routing to/from aircraft systems

I had worked for the development of high level verification environment for
I/O Utilities projects on LAVA software. Development of Network
Configuration Table (NCT) and Virtual machine configuration table (VCT)
for I/O Utilities target verification infrastructure. Written High Level
Requirements from IO architecture system level requirements and testing high
level requirement verification by using lua scripting language on Lava
environment and the Low Level Requirement verification using Vector Cast

Tool

Project Description: Work for ATR code review for FMS 220 Project.
ARINC 424 Formatting Tool:
INPUT : ARINC 424 database
 OUTPUT: 40 Binary files (AIRPORT.S01, RUNWAY.S01 …..etc )
Verifies the database based on ARINC 424 standards before uploading to the
navigation system by Airborne Data Loader or compact flash memory after
trans-coding, i.e ARINC 424 database details send the database information by
the format of checking log and formatting log files to AFT tool. AFT tools
converts the ARINC 424 database inputs to Binary format, these Binary files are
inputs to the NAVDB.
Technology used: DO 178B, C++, Clear Case, RTRT
My Role in the project: Software Engineer
I had worked for the ATR C++ code review. System level testing and PR
activity of Navigation database by using ARINC 424 Formatting Tool. . This
includes NAVDB database management, database corrections and development.
AFT system level testing developed in SRS (Software Requirements
specification) level and development of SDD (Software development description)
from SRS.
Project 2: A400M - Flight Management system- Navigation and Flight
Planning
Duration (Month/Year): March10th 2010 to July 28th 2012
Project Description: Work for System level and Unit level testing of FM Core
Components which includes Navigation Database (NAVDB) and Flight Planning
(FPLN) in A400M Flight Management Systems. Unit testing includes Test driver
based test case writing in A-Unit frame work with Ada95. Performed System
Level Testing for NAVDB and FPLN components high level and low level tests
requirements developed with NECST (Thales Prop Tool) as Per DO-178B
standards level B functions.

as per the ARINC 424 standards. I had resolved test PR activity for PRED and
FPLN. I had involved in the audit preparation and presentation support activity of
FPLN components Requirements, Design, Code and tests. Performed Cross runs
of FPLN tests in actual A400M bench environment.

Project Description: The core of the system is the Terrain Referenced Navigation
(TRN) capability which navigates by combining aircraft navigation data (e.g.
inertial and, or GPS) above mean sea level and radar altimeter measurements of
height above ground level (agl), with terrain heights amsl from the stored map
data (DTED).Using Pattern matching algorithm, find the position of the aircraft
and avoid the control flight into terrain (CFIT).

OpenGL concept.

 Project Name : Lateral Axis Flight control using Adaptive Backstepping of
an UAV: Develops a control law using an adaptive backstepping algorithm for
the aileron movement to make the aircraft fly in the desired flight path by
eliminating the sideslip effect. Project is successful in derived the various gains
are made to adjust themselves so as to produce the result efficiently and thereby
making less time consuming and the control surfaces movement with regulated
sideslip.
Technology used : Matlab, Simulink, Neural and Control Tool Box.
Graduate Thesis Work Dec’07-May’08
 Project Name : Wireless printer using radio frequency: The typical way to
share a printer between multiple computers on a small wireless network is to
connect the printer to one of the computers, and then enable it to be shared across
the network. To printing the data at a distance of 1000 meters efficiently without
wired Connection using microcontroller.

Verifies the database based on ARINC 424 standards before uploading to the navigation system by Airborne Data Loader or compact flash memory after trans-coding, i.e ARINC 424 database details send the database information by the format of checking log and formatting log files to AFT tool. AFT tools converts the ARINC 424 database inputs to Binary format, these Binary files are inputs to the NAVDB. System level testing and PR activity of Navigation database by using ARINC 424 Formatting Tool. . This includes NAVDB database management, database corrections and development. Project 2: A400M - Flight Management system- Navigation and Flight Planning Duration (Month/Year): March10th 2010 to July 28th 2012 Project Description: Work for System level and Unit level testing of FM Core Components which includes Navigation Database (NAVDB) and Flight Planning (FPLN) in A400M Flight Management Systems. Unit testing includes Test driver based test case writing in A-Unit frame work with Ada95. Performed System Level Testing for NAVDB and FPLN components high level and low level tests requirements developed with NECST (Thales Prop Tool) as Per DO-178B standards level B functions. Technology used: DO 178B, Ada 95, GPS Pro, DOORS, Rhapsody, Clear Case, Clear Quest, RTRT, Thales Prop simulation Tool. Project is successful in derived the various gains are made to adjust themselves so as to produce the result efficiently and thereby making less time consuming and the control surfaces movement with regulated sideslip.
