Across my 22+ years in professional employ, I have developed
expertise and created success in several different industries.
These include Paper, Glass, Mining & Mineral Processing,
Cement and Steel. I have also earned an Industrial MBA in
Entrepreneurial Learning and New Business Creation from an international business school.
I have been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of several new products
and business units within multi-national, billion dollar companies. All include hands-on technical and
commercial proliferation from idea to scoping, initial evaluation, scale-up, implementation,
commercialization and finally, day-to-day operations.
Starting as a laboratory technician running daily experiments and studies, I have continuously grown my
capabilities and expanded my expertise, understanding what it takes to be successful for my customer,
my colleagues, my company and myself. I have developed an affinity towards always improving and
helping to do the same for those around me. My deep understanding of innovation and pathways to
greatness have established my leadership skills to shine through and establish and manage productive,
