5. Problems with Windows Failover
 When using the Windows Server print spooler, you cannot delete a faulty
job to let the other jobs in the queue print.
 A faulty job can occur all-too easily, such as when a printer is turned off or a file
doesn’t get spooled properly.
 If a technician is not promptly notified about the faulty job, it can cause significant
delays.
 Oftentimes, the only solution is to purge the queue by restarting the
spooler service on the server.
